Producer's Statement
As a filmmaker who has spent over two decades crafting stories between Kuwait and Hollywood, my mission has always been to create films that entertain, inspire, and preserve identity. With this project, I aim to deliver a film that speaks to every generation — a story rooted in Kuwait's cultural soul, yet told with the cinematic language of global adventure.
This film is my tribute to the Kuwait I grew up in: the Kuwait of grandfathers' stories, pearl divers' bravery, neighborhood camaraderie, and a deep respect for the sea — the sea that shaped our ancestors and still shapes who we are.
A Bridge Between Worlds
Today's youth live in a fast, chaotic world filled with screens and distractions. Their struggles are real, their dreams valid — yet many have lost touch with the values that built this country. Through Fahad's journey, I want to connect the modern generation with the heritage generation, not through lectures, but through humor, adventure, and heartfelt discovery.
A Story of Identity and Freedom
At its core, this film is about a boy searching for home — not a physical space, but a deeper sense of belonging. The sea becomes both a metaphor and a character: unpredictable, powerful, beautiful, and transformative.
The adventure tests Fahad and his grandfather, reshaping their relationship and reminding them — and the audience — that courage, compassion, and discipline are values that never age.
